Harris has been very busy over the last 3 days proving to the doctors, nurses and Mommy and Daddy that he is almost ready to go home. He has been breathing on his own since the cannula was removed on Saturday and has been basically able to keep all his vitals up. Yesturday our little man started taking every feed without the feeding tube, and today when Mommy came in he was TUBELESS! A few more hours, keep in mind a few in the NICU/SCN means more the 24, of feeding on his own and he may be home sweet home!

Day 37 - Getting Ready...

Oh my goodness - that must have been such an amazing feeling to see him tubeless! He is definitely a fighter. Glad to hear the good updates!
